As a UX Designer it is my pleasure to work with a talented team and uncover problems and solve them. My passion is to design beautiful products and services that are simple to use and improve users’ lives in a meaningful way.

MY WORK

Cisco’s QBR

At Cisco, I created their QBR platform to streamline a tricky process. It helps engineers and account managers collect data, plan projects, create customer activities, and deliver Quarterly Business Reports to clients more efficiently.

I designed the QBR to enhance efficiency and provide greater value by streamlining the delivery process.

Cisco’s OI Edge

Cisco’s OI Edge monitors closed networks, delivering real-time insights into network health, uptime, connectivity, and potential issues. Its user-friendly interface allows users to track performance, receive alerts, and generate reports, enabling fast troubleshooting and efficient network management.

 

I designed the OI Edge platform with a user-friendly design that simplifies network monitoring and troubleshooting.

Xprecipe

Grocers have the pieces to create meal kit web apps; where they fall short is user-centric design. The online apps we found we’re cumbersome, complicated, and confusing. Xprecipe was designed to change that.

Xprecipe is a white label recipe, meal kit, and web app. 

Solid#

In 2019 Venmo stopped allowing businesses to send out B2B payments. With the foresight to see this problem in 2018, the founder created a startup FinTech company to build a real-time B2B payment solution.

In 2019 Solid# picked you up to send B2B payment where Venmo dropped you off with no solution at the time.

ControlPad’s Website

I designed a website for ControlPad, an all-in-one platform equipped with inventory management, reporting, payment processing, social sharing, replicated websites, commission payouts, and sales attribution, perfectly tailored for direct sales agents to streamline operations and maximize their success in e-commerce.

ControlPad wanted to empower direct sales agents to revolutionize their business operations, maximizing sales, and create growth in the competitive direct sales market.

ControlPad saw selling products on a personalized replicated website through social media gave direct sales agents a chance to connect with customers in a more personal way, reaching a wider audience, and making it easier for their customers to discover and buy what they were offering!

ControlPad wanted to offer their users something the competition didn’t: the ability to sell their product through social media channels in real-time.

Dr. Todd Singleton’s website

Dr. Singleton’s website was built in WordPress because it is a common heavily supported platform that could be maintained by most webpage developers. I consolidated all his sites and social media into one place his patients can come and learn about Dr. Singleton and his services.

Consolidate Dr. Singleton’s brand social media and services into one singular voice and message.

MY DESIGN PROCESS

User-centered design thinking

Design thinking places the user experience as the primary focus of product development. First, a need is pinpointed with comprehensive research. Then, creativity and innovation are applied. Next, teams collaborate, prototypes are built, and ideas are developed, tested, and retested.

The result is a system, product, or application specifically designed to solve a problem.

Empathize

Learn about the problem, familiarize yourself with the context, and involve your team through discussions and research.

Observe

Through interviews and observations, explore user needs, discover and learn.

Define

Merge the finding, produce meaning, focus on the persona and define the problem.

Ideate

Using creativity and empathy for the persona, brainstorm to develop as many ideas as possible, good or bad.

Prototype

Consolidate the most viable ideas into a form that meets function, then build a UX design that communicates a user-centric solution.

Test

Seek Feedback, analyze, review past research, collect new data, reiterate, prototype, rinse and repeat.
