Hello!

My name is Carl Ishii, and I am a UX Designer. It is my pleasure to work with a talented team and learn about users’ needs. My passion is to design products and services that are simple to use and improve users’ lives in a meaningful way.

MY Projects

Cisco’s QBR

At Cisco, I designed a QBR platform to help engineers build project plans, followed up by customer activities, and a dashboard displaying key KPIs. The platform enables account managers to communicate their network’s health, and the progress made toward achieving customer-selected outcomes.

I designed the QBR to boost efficiency and deliver more value to customers by streamlining the delivery process.

Cisco’s OI Edge

Cisco’s OI Edge monitors closed networks, providing real-time insights into network health, uptime, connectivity, and issues. With an intuitive interface, users can track performance, receive alerts, and generate reports, enabling quick troubleshooting and smooth operations.

I designed Cisco’s OI Edge to help delivery engineers monitor and troubleshoot closed networks, ensuring secure solutions for data-sensitive customers.

Xprecipe

Grocers have the pieces required to create meal kit web apps; their web apps often lack user-centric design. The online apps we found we’re cumbersome, complicated, and confusing. Xprecipe was designed and streamlined to change that.

I designed Xprecipe to enhance efficiency and value with a user-centric approach to shopping and delivery.

Solid#

Solid# was a fintech start-up company. Solid# specialized in real-time B2B payments. I designed the UX/UI and branding for Solid# from the ground up.

Express pay was a real-time payment system for a business to pay contractors or vendors onto a debit card in real-time.

ControlPad’s Website

I designed a website for ControlPad, an all-in-one platform equipped with inventory management, reporting, payment processing, social sharing, replicated websites, commission payouts, and sales attribution, perfectly tailored for direct sales agents to streamline operations and maximize their success in e-commerce.

ControlPad wanted to empower direct sales agents to revolutionize their business operations, maximizing sales, and create growth in the competitive direct sales market.

ControlPad

ControlPad saw selling products on a personalized replicated website through social media gave direct sales agents a chance to connect with customers in a more personal way, reaching a wider audience, and making it easier for their customers to discover and buy what they were offering!

ControlPad wanted to offer their users something the competition didn’t: the ability to sell their product through social media channels in real-time.

Dr. Todd Singleton’s website

Dr. Singleton’s had several websites and one or two accounts per channel across many social media outlets.

Design a single website for Dr. Singleton and consolidate his brand, and reduce the number of social media accounts.
