Hello!
Here’s a look at some of the work I’m most proud of. Each project started with a real problem, went through real research, and ended up as something people actually use.
MY Projects
Cisco’s QBR
Cisco’s account managers were spending more than a week each quarter manually pulling data from Jira, Excel, and HubSpot to build QBR decks. I led UX through 5 research phases and 124 screens to replace that process with an automated reporting platform that gives teams back their time and gives customers a clearer picture of their network health.
Cisco’s OI Edge
OI Edge helps engineers monitor security-sensitive closed networks on-site, where they need accurate data fast and don’t have the option to be wrong. I designed 62 screens covering real-time API monitoring, data management, and automated reporting as part of a six-person team over six months.
Xprecipe
Survey data from 88 participants showed that most people wanted meal planning and local grocery ordering in one place, but nothing on the market combined them well. I led the research and designed a white-label recipe and ingredient ordering app, taking it from initial survey all the way to a validated prototype in three weeks.
Solid#
Solid# was a fintech startup focused on real-time B2B payments. I built the UX, UI, and branding from the ground up, including Express Pay — a feature that let businesses pay contractors or vendors directly onto a debit card, instantly.
ControlPad’s Website
ControlPad built software for direct sales agents managing inventory, commissions, and replicated storefronts all in one place. I designed their marketing website to make a pretty complex product feel approachable, so potential customers could understand the value without needing a sales call first.
ControlPad
The ControlPad app gave direct sales agents one place to run their whole business — from processing payments to tracking commissions to sharing products on social media. I designed the full UX for the app, with a focus on keeping it simple even though there was a lot going on under the hood.
Dr. Todd Singleton’s Website
Dr. Singleton had a scattered online presence — multiple websites and social media accounts that weren’t connected or consistent. I designed a single unified website to consolidate his brand and give patients one clear place to find him.
